Wellness Recovery Action Plan ® (WRAP®) is for anyone wanting to develop a personalized plan for getting well, staying well, and creating the life you desire. WRAP® is an evidence-based practice. WRAP® has been proven to : reduce psychiatric symptoms, especially depression and anxiety; increase hopefulness, quality of life, recovery, empowerment, and self-advocacy. Participants will:

    Develop a personal WRAP® to maintain progress toward their life and wellness goals.
